Allegro Medical - Horrible experience
Ordered a new, unused, not refurbished humidifier.Received product in absolutely filthy condition.
I'm talking dirty brown paper towel inside unit, hard water stains all over tank, just disgusting condition. I had been on and off the phone with representatives confirming another unit on it's way for 4 weeks. After speaking with a senior support representative I was promised a refund within the week. This company really has no control over their suppliers.
It's been 3 and a half weeks since then with no refund yet.Do not order from this company expecting to have a smooth experience.
